17 seconds is all you need
Hey, It's Ramon —
A few years back I was in the middle of a tennis match — third-set tiebreaker, serving for the win.
And I completely fell apart.
Double-faulted. Then botched the next serve so badly my partner got it drilled right at him. Suddenly we were losing, and I was PISSED with myself.
At the changeover, my doubles partner — one of my best friends — looks at me and says:
"Bro… this is when we smile."
I wanted to strangle him, lol.
But I did it.
I forced myself to find one good feeling and just… hold it. We're here, playing a game I love, with one of my best friends. And I held onto that feeling.
And something shifted. The tightness let go. The confidence came back. Better thoughts started showing up out of nowhere.
We won the match.
That moment taught me something I now teach all the time — there's a reason holding a single good feeling for just 17 seconds can change the entire trajectory of a moment.
Maybe even a life.
It's one of 7 lessons I break down in my newest video — The 7 things I learned from Abraham Hicks that actually changed my life.
It's some of my favorite stuff I've ever taught.
Talk soon, Ramon
P.S. The 17-second thing is real, and there's actual science under it. I'll show you how to use it in the video.
