How to Identify Your Negative Subconscious Beliefs
Hey, it’s Ramon!
One night In 2018, my wife, daughter and I were playing Monopoly on the floor of our two bedroom apartment when the lights went off.
As I looked out our window towards our neighbors brightly lit room, I thought “I failed again.”
Our power had been shut off because we didn’t pay our electric bill… because we couldn’t.
“Why are the lights off, Daddy?”
“We’re having an indoor campout!”, I whispered as I turned on her small camp light.
Then and there, I swore I’d never feel this way again.
When I started looking into the subconscious mind, I quickly realized I had enough “head trash” to top off a landfill.
See, what you believe to be true dictates EVERYTHING in your life.
There are only 5 “Actual” truths… everything else is a belief.
The problem is, you and I have beliefs we’re not aware of. They are subconscious beliefs.
And if there is any area of your life that isn’t working… you have subconscious beliefs about this area that make it impossible to let the good in.
In 2018, my subconscious beliefs were:
I’ll never be rich.
The cost of living in Los Angeles is outrageous.
I’ll have to get lucky in order to “make it” financially.
In 2018 they all felt true.
If you’re wondering what your beliefs that are keeping you separate from the life you desire, do this:
Buy a notebook and carry it with you everywhere for two weeks.
Everytime you catch yourself going on autopilot while performing an action, thinking a thought, or feeling a negative emotion STOP.
Ask yourself “Why am I doing this?”
The first answer your mind comes up with will NEVER be the true reason. Keep digging.
Here’s an example from my life a few months ago.
I caught myself standing in front of the mirror getting ready to shave.
Question: Why am I shaving?
Answer: Because my face looks messy.
Question: Why does it matter if my face looks messy?
Answer: Because people might not take me seriously
Question: Why does it matter if people don’t take me seriously?
Answer: Because I need validation from others.
Boom. See how deep this exercise can go?
Do this for two weeks and unravel the subconscious beliefs in every area in your life.
Tomorrow, we’ll go over how to reprogram your subconscious mind so you automatically attract the people, circumstances and things in order for you to authentically express the highest version of you.
Love you, talk tomorrow!
