How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind
Hey, it’s Ramon
In 2020, my wife, daughter and I lived in a two bedroom apartment and could barely pay the bills. I was a full-time tennis coach, and when COVID hit, I suddenly had no courts to coach on.
My initial thought “Uh-oh… we’re screwed.”
“How will we make money?”
“What if we get kicked out?”
Then I remembered that I have the power to manifest whatever I need.
If you go back to my old Youtube videos you’ll see I was TEACHING this stuff from that 2 bedroom apartment…
This was the perfect opportunity to prove this to myself.
I knew I had to reprogram my subconscious mind.
I had to go from “believing” I had the power.. To KNOWING I had the power.
(When you KNOW something, you demonstrate it)
A few months later, we were in our dream home… with our very own tennis court that I still coach on today.
Everything is energy… and when you begin to resonate with the future you desire… you begin attracting it INSTANTLY.
But here’s the deal:
Your beliefs trigger your thoughts… and your thoughts trigger your emotions.
Your thoughts and emotions basically produce your vibrational frequency.
Yesterday, we talked about how to find and dismantle your limiting subconscious beliefs.
Here’s how to reprogram your subconscious mind so that you automatically begin to attract the life you prefer.
Step 1. Write down every belief you have that is NOT bringing you closer to your dream life.
Ex. “I’m not worthy to receive ______.”
“Money is hard to come by.”
“Loving someone is scary”
“Life is hard.”
Step 2. Write down the OPPOSITE of each of those beliefs.
Ex. “I’m worth of receiving ______.”
“I am abundant.”
“I give and receive love effortlessly.”
“I always attract what i need.”
Step 3. Visualize
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Visualize a past memory where you saw proof that your old belief wasn’t true (even if it was a small moment).
Now, visualize yourself embodying the new belief. How would you walk, talk, and act if this belief was actually KNOWN?
Feel the emotion.
The more you emotionally connect to this new belief, the faster it rewires your brain.
5. Repeat it daily. Every morning and night, say your new belief out loud with conviction.
