How to rewire your subconscious mind
to manifest your ideal reality
What if the secret to manifesting your ideal reality isn’t just saying affirmations, but activating your subconscious mind using a specific technique the elite have used for centuries?
In this email, I’m going to show you the exact process that helped me go from broke to manifesting my dream home—so you can finally shift YOUR reality.
But how do you actually do that?
Well, let me show you so you can stop banging your head against the wall.
This is a self-driving car.
And it can be programmed to take you and your buddies on the vacation of a lifetime…
or to prison.
Ya see, your subconscious mind is like a self-driving car. It will only take you where it’s programmed to take you.
So you say, ok Ramon what IS this programming - and how do I change it so I wake up in my dream life?
Well, look at the program as your beliefs about yourself and the world.
And the bottom line is:
if there’s something in your life that isn’t working the way you want… you’ve got beliefs about yourself in relation to that topic that are keeping it away from you.
Let me give you an example that simplifies this.
In 2019 I was playing monopoly with my wife and 9 year old daughter when the lights got shut off.

My wife and I couldn’t pay our electric bill, and were so embarrassed that we told my daughter that we were having a campout.
After some reflection, I realized that I had deep seated beliefs that I’d always be poor, and that I wasn’t worthy of success.
And once I recognized those as BELIEFS… and not the absolute truth, I let them go…
and a year later, despite being a full time tennis coach, and COVID locking down the tennis courts making it impossible to coach on them…
we were living in our dream house with a tennis court in the backyard.

Rewiring my subconscious mind meant no more getting chased off public tennis courts
Once you’ve uncovered what your subconscious limiting beliefs are, we can change them…
but first, we need to gain access into your subconscious mind…
So let me show you the exact process I teach my clients to access their subconscious mind… so you can access yours, and start the rewiring process.
I want you to imagine your best friend has come to you with a big problem that you have the perfect solution to.
You just need to tell them one powerful secret.
The challenge is your friend is totally stressed out, they're talking a mile a minute, and they’re not listening to you. So no matter how perfect your solution is, they can’t hear you.
This is what it’s like trying to reprogram your subconscious mind when you’re under stress.
In neuroscience, they call these high-beta brain wave patterns. It’s our default brain wave state when we’re in fight or flight mode. And it is the LEAST effective time to rewire your subconscious mind.

Like think about being chased by a T-Rex… you wouldn’t stop and say, hang on T… let me just close my eyes and reprogram my subconscious so I can manifest a reality where you aren’t trying to eat me…
If you want to easily reprogram your subconscious mind to manifest your dream reality… you have to slow down your brain waves into what we call alpha or theta brain waves.
You could imagine these brain wave states as being when your friend FINALLY calms down and begins to chill… so you can tell him your secret solution to his problem.
So how do you actually slow your brain waves down?
Well, it’s really simple and it works like this.
If you’re able to right now, just close your eyes for a second, and touch your heart. And as you’re doing that, allow your breathing to naturally slow down… and take a little bit of extra time on the exhale.
So you can inhale for 1, 2, 3, 4… and exhale for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. And you can just continue breathing that way for a little bit.
The cool thing is As you continue to breathe this way you’re sending a crystal clear message to your body that you’re safe, the T-Rex is on to greener pastures.
In fact this simple technique can actually turn off the fight or flight response, and will immediately and automatically start slowing down your brain waves.
And as you’re breathing this way with your hand on your heart, you can allow yourself to place your awareness around your body… and just allow the deep feelings of gratitude just wash over you.
As you’re doing this your brain waves will continue to slow down.
Pretty soon, you’ll be levitating and materializing objects at will!
And if not… you’ll at least have access to your subconscious mind.

but now that you’ve got that,
Let me show you how to actually re-wire your subconscious mind… to manifest your ideal reality.
My freshman year in college, I spent Friday nights alone and miserable, because I didn’t have the confidence to talk to girls. One day I realized I was visualizing myself alone, unconfident, and acting weird around girls.
And Once I changed the way I visualized myself, I started having a lot more fun with girls, and eventually attracted and married my soulmate.
So here’s the 3 key lessons I learned from that:
When you want to impress your subconscious mind with your ideal reality, do it in the first person. For example, let’s say that in your ideal reality, you’re traveling the world in first class.
After you had slowed your brain waves down, you would visualize what you would actually see if you were there…
so your legs stretch out with all of the room in front of you, the face of the smiling flight attendant bringing you your meal, and the stunning views out of the window.
Or if in your ideal reality you have a certain amount of money, you could visualize the screen of your phone, checking your bank balance, with that specific number on it.
It’s also very important to be completely present when you visualize.
See, your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between what’s “real” and what’s vividly imagined. So when you’re visualizing in order to re-wire the subconscious mind… Get lost in the act.
And allow your visualization to feel like it’s happening now. When you feel like you’re living this reality now, your subconscious mind assumes you are…
and will start guiding you, it will start organizing synchronicities, and it will spur you to act in ways that will help your ideal reality manifest.
Finally, make sure to include all of your senses when you do this. The subconscious mind responds to powerful emotions and clear images. So in your visualization, get all of your senses involved.
If your ideal reality has you eating a delicious steak at a fine restaurant, then bring up the scent of delicious meat, feel the comfortable chair you’re in… soak in the romantic lighting all around you, and listen to the beautiful music that’s being played.
This creates an immersive experience in your visualization, and will re-wire your subconscious mind faster than you can say baked potato.
That leads us on to how to speed up this re-wiring process, so you can get on living your ideal reality in a jiffy.
My client Jing tried everything to manifest her dream location for her coffee shop. And every time she’d get close to closing a deal, the seller would pull out of the deal, it’d be snagged by someone else, or it just wouldn’t be the right fit. But as she repeated her visualization exercises every day, she impressed her subconscious mind with her new state of being, and eventually manifested her IDEAL location.

See, visualization is a skill.
And the more you repeat it, the more you fire and wire specific neural pathways in the brain, so it becomes familiar… and the more your subconscious mind accepts what you’re feeding it.
As you know, you want to be in the slower brain wave states in order to do this, and there are 3 times during the day that are perfect for this.
First thing in the morning, when you’re still a bit groggy… a bit sleepy.
Right before bed, as you’re drifting off to sleep.
After a nice lunch.
When Jing was re-wiring her subconscious mind to manifest her dream coffee shop, she would visualize first thing in the morning, and right before bed.
So now you know exactly how to re-wire your subconscious mind to manifest your ideal reality quickly and easily. But here’s the thing, understanding the process alone won’t re-wire your subconscious mind… you have to actually use this process.
