If you're feeling unsure, read this

Hey, it’s Ramon

If you’ve been thinking about the 30-Day Subconscious Reset but haven’t joined yet, I want to slow this down for a moment.

Hesitation makes sense.

Most of the people drawn to this work are thoughtful.
They’ve read the books.
They’ve done the inner work.
They don’t jump into things lightly — especially if they’ve been disappointed before.

Some thoughts I hear all the time:

“What if this doesn’t work for me?”
“I’ve tried things like this before.”
“I don’t want to get my hopes up again.”
“I’m already tired… I don’t know if I have the energy.”

None of that means anything is wrong with you.

It usually means you’re paying attention.

Here’s something important I want you to know.

Most people don’t fail to change because they didn’t try hard enough.

They struggle because they’re trying to change while still believing the old rules are true.

Rules like:

  • “This is going to take a long time.”

  • “It has to be hard.”

  • “I’ll always have to manage this.”

Those aren’t facts.
They’re beliefs.

Once I saw that — really saw it — things began changing much faster than I expected.

For example…

I used to believe that things like dream vacations were something you earned later.
After more money.
After more success.
After more proof.

That belief felt true.

It also wasn’t.

Once I questioned it, the opportunities showed up almost immediately.
Now we literally get paid to travel to five-star resorts with friends.

I’ve seen the same thing happen with others.

Sara carried the emotional weight of a traumatic experience for over 40 years — until she realized the meaning she’d been holding wasn’t the only one available. That shift changed everything.

Beverly stayed in a job she hated for years because she believed leaving was irresponsible. Once that belief loosened, the fear lost its grip. She’s now opening a business she’s genuinely excited about with her husband.

Nothing was forced.

Their state changed — and their choices followed automatically.

That’s the heart of what the Subconscious Reset is about.

This isn’t about pushing yourself.
It’s not about staying positive.
And it’s not about doing everything perfectly.

It’s a self-paced reset, starting from Day 1, with one small practice per day — designed to gently repeat a calmer, clearer state long enough for your system to respond differently.

The goal isn’t intensity.

It’s repetition.

And if now isn’t the right moment, that’s okay too.
Nothing here is about pressure.

Sometimes even seeing these patterns clearly starts the shift.

We’ll talk again soon,
Ramon
