The truth about time and money
Hey, It's Ramon —
Dulce was picking em’ up and putting em down on our walk this morning.
And I love those walks because there is nowhere else to be.
Which brings me to a question that came in this week from Annel, an Inner Circle member.
She said the teachings are finally clicking for her, especially the ones about the different forms of abundance. (Awesome!)
She's started tying them together. But it takes her time to put them into practice, the action doesn't always stick, and she feels like she's running out of time.
So. Running out of time.
Here's the deal. You can't.
Because time doesn't exist.
Bashar has an analogy for this that nailed it.
Think of reality like a movie.
Back in the day, up in the projector room, you had these film reels.
The reel gets pulled through the light of the projector very fast, and down on the screen you see motion. Continuity. A story moving forward.
But get up into the mechanism and look at the actual film, and there's no motion in there at all.
It's a stack of static frames. Each one a completely separate picture.
Each frame is the same now, from a different angle.
The passage of time is what we experience when those frames go through the “light” of our consciousness.
There is no time (actually)… so you can’t run out of it.
You're an infinite, eternal being.
Energy doesn't get created or destroyed, it transforms.
So whatever you don't learn or accomplish in this lifetime, you learn somewhere else.
You experience it somewhere else.
Which raises a fair question... what's the hurry?
Meditate on that the next time your chest tightens up about being behind.
Now here's the second half, and this is the part I want you to actually do.
Are you acting on your passion in every moment that you can?
Not someday.
In the moment in front of you, at the highest level you're able to act on it, with zero insistence on a particular outcome.
Because when you're fully immersed in the thing that excites you most, when you're in flow, wanting becomes impossible.
Lack becomes impossible.
You can only miss something by worrying about missing it.
The only reason you'd hold back from doing that is a definition sitting in you that says it's irresponsible.
That it's a pipe dream.
That you can't just arrange your flowers and listen to Marvin Gaye and call that a life strategy.
But what if that was the most responsible thing available to you?
So, this weekend, a few things.
When the "running out of time" feeling shows up, catch the belief underneath it and put it in words.
Any belief that drops you into a negative state is not true. You may have convinced yourself. Religion may have told you. Well meaning people may have told you. Everyone may know it. It's still not true, and you're the one who decides what's true for you.
Then do the thing that excites you most in that moment, at whatever scale you can actually reach today.
That's the whole practice. Go run it.
And when you run it, you're going to notice something.
You'll understand every word of what I just wrote, you'll agree with all of it, and your body will keep manufacturing the deadline anyway.
That's not a failure of the practice.
Your nervous system built that clock a long time ago for a specific reason, and it will keep running it until it gets new information.
Understanding the reason it was built, and what actually retires it, is the work itself.
That's what we do inside the room.
We have a live Q&A coming up in a week from Monday, hangout style, with some pretty amazing people in there.

P.S. Understanding the reason it was built, and what actually retires it, is the work itself.
That's what we do inside the room.
We have a live Q&A coming up in a week from Monday, hangout style, with some pretty amazing people in there.
P.P.S. About the abundance teachings clicking... stay in the room and let them keep sinking in. I'm going to say that message a million different ways, from a million different angles, because I want it in your body and not just in your notes.
