Why doing less - more often - works

So crazy, it might just work!

Hey it’s Ramon,

Let’s get right to it…

The things that actually change your life for the better
are usually way simpler than we expect.

Not dramatic.
Not intense.
Not exhausting.

Simple.
Repeatable.
Almost boring. (Except being happy, healthy, and wealthy is never boring).

And that’s why they work.

Here’s an example.

When you pause for two seconds and say:
“Nothing is wrong right now.”

Or when you notice resistance and say:
“It’s okay to take this slowly.”

That might sound… almost too easy.

And that’s the point.

Because your nervous system doesn’t change from effort alone.
It changes from repetition.

Do that once?
Awesome

Do it once a day?
Now we’re startin’ to roll!

There’s a reason people say it takes about 21 days to form a habit.
It’s not because your brain suddenly “gets it” on day 21…

…it’s because by then, your system has heard the same safe message
enough times to stop freaking out.

And when your system relaxes, old patterns loosen.

Not all at once.
Not with fireworks.

But enough that you catch yourself responding differently.

And when you start responding differently, your entire reality starts to shift in amazing ways.

That’s the real win.

So here’s your super simple assignment — and yes, this counts as real work:

Pick one phrase:

  • “Nothing is wrong right now.”

  • “It’s okay to take this slowly.”

Say it once a day.

That’s it.

You don’t need to feel enlightened.
You don’t need to believe it 100%.
You don’t need to journal about it for 45 minutes.

Just repeat it.

That’s it!

This is why short, daily practices beat motivation every time.
And it’s also why the Subconscious Reset is structured the way it is —
With one core principle, and one small activation per day — so change actually sticks.

In the next email, I’ll talk about who this kind of reset tends to work really well for…
and who it probably won’t.

Talk soon,
Ramon
