You Will Manifest Your Desire The Instant You Do This...

Imagine that person, that experience, or that thing that you’ve been wanting for a second. You know… THAT one.

Whether it’s your dream car, a soul mate that you can share everything with, free time, a career fueled by your deepest passions, a heap of money… or anything else. And just hold that image in your mind for a second. 

In this newsletter, I’m going to prove to you that there’s only one thing you have to do to manifest it.

And that's decide to manifest it.  

(I’ll share a very simple, step-by-step process for how to create it in a second). 

But first thing’s first.  What do you want?  

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it happen.” 

This is actually true because:

  • Everything in the universe is energy (The atom is 99.9999% energy)

  • All energy is measured in frequency 

  • Similar frequencies resonate with each other.

  • Resonant frequencies are drawn to each other.  

Back to you.

When you make a decision, you “cut off” all other options.  (Decide literally means “to cut off”).  

And you don’t have to know how you’re going to manifest it.  In fact, it’s impossible to predict how you’re going to create something.

My grandma used to call me “healthy”. I was 60 pounds overweight.  

As a fat kid, I got teased a lot. 

One day, I looked in the mirror and thought “this is ridiculous, Ramon.”  I felt the hair on the back of my neck stand up, and decided to lose weight.  

That very day I started noticing: 

  • articles about weight loss

  • deals on exercise equipment

  • discounts on gym memberships

  • how great broccoli tasted! (ok that was a stretch… but you get the idea)

Everything in my external reality reflected my decision to lose weight.  

So…“Whaddya want?”

Do you want:

  • A big, fat bank account?

  • A body bursting with energy?

  • Alover that lights a fire inside?

  • To love yourself unconditionally?

Whatever it is, just decide that you’re going to create it.  

Don’t worry if it’s not totally believable yet.

Don’t worry if you don’t know how to do it.

Don’t worry if you think it will take a long time.

Here’s the deal:

Everything is energy.  When your energy matches the energy of what you decide you want to create, it is being drawn to you, in that moment.  

(remember, resonant frequencies are drawn to each other)

When I was 9, my grandpa used to take my cousins and me fishing in the canals.

I’ll never forget my first time. Grandpa woke us up at 5AM, piled us into his 1976 Ford F-250 and tapped “shave and a haircut” on his horn when we found our fishing spot.

A few minutes later, we cast our reels into the murky water and waited.  My older cousins got bites almost instantly.  Catfish.

I sat in my chair praying I’d catch one.  

“ I GOT ONE!”

“Reel it in”, my Grandpa said.   A few minutes later, I was taking a picture with him and the fish.  He looked proud.  I was ecstatic.

Manifesting your desires is like fishing:  

  • Your desires are your fishing line and lure.  

  • The fish is what you’ve decided you want.

The moment you decide what you want, it’s like casting your line into the water.  The difference is your “fish” bites the lure instantly.  

All you have to do is reel it in.

When your energy is aligned with your desire, you’re reeling in your fish.

When your energy is not aligned with your desire, you’re not.

Your energy is made up of:

  • Your thoughts 

  • Your emotions

The way you think and feel broadcasts a measurable electromagnetic frequency.  And since everything is energy and everything is connected, when you have coherent thoughts and coherent emotions, you manifest your desires very quickly.

But that’s not what most people do.

Think of this:

  • Your beliefs create your thoughts

  • Your thoughts produce your emotions

  • Your emotions influence your decisions

  • Your decisions lead to your actions and behaviors

  • Your actions and behaviors create the results you get

  • Your results feed back into your belief system and the cycle continues.

So, let’s say someone has a belief that says “I can’t pursue my passion, because if I do, I won’t make enough money to support myself.” 

This belief is formed in a number of ways:

  • Parents told them that it wasn’t practical.

  • Society told them to make sure to get a “steady job”

  • They actually tried to follow their passion, didn’t make any money immediately, and quickly went back to their “safe” job.

Every time a person like this had the impulse to do what REALLY excites them, they’d talk themselves out of it.  They’d be “practical”.  They’d be “realistic”.

They’d drag themselves back to doing the job that doesn’t inspire them, because at least it pays the bills.

Their decisions would be based on their past conditioning - not what they prefer.

So, if you want to truly make decisions based on what your true self desires, then use the Subconscious Upgrade System. Because your subconscious mind runs 95% of your life.

The Subconscious Upgrade System

Uncover Your Subconscious Blocks

Carry a notepad and pencil around with you for one week.  You’re going to write down every negative thought that comes to you.

This requires a certain level of awareness.  The easiest way to develop this awareness is to pay attention to how you feel.

If, all of a sudden, you want to rip someone’s head off - you’re dealing with some negative programming.  As soon as you realize you’ve been triggered…

Stop!

You must find out what you’re saying to yourself that’s creating the rage, sadness, frustration you’re experiencing. 

The only way you can experience an emotion is with a thought.  You must find out what those thoughts are.  

This brings me to a crucial step.

You gotta write your thoughts down.  Don’t skip this step.

Writing these thoughts and emotions down allows you to:

  • Objectify them  

  • Create space between you and your thoughts

  • Take back the control your thoughts and emotions have over you

I can’t tell you the number of times I was feeling “off” and started this process.  Every single time, it brought a level of clarity and calm that allowed me to move forward.  It will do the same for you.

After 1 week of doing this, you’re going to notice very familiar patterns of thinking and feeling.

Take the three negative emotions you experience the most… and the thoughts you think that create them.  We will use these in step 3.

Create a Compelling Vision of Your future

“It’s not hard to get what you want. The hard part is deciding what you want.” - Earl Nightengale

What do you really want?  

Sit with this question for at least one hour… and let your imagination run wild.  Quantum physics is proving that if you can imagine it, you can have it (in fact, you already do have it… which we’ll explore another time).

You might want:

  • A partner that you share a deep connection with

  • Financial freedom

  • The opportunity to turn your passion into a thriving business

  • A vacation to Egypt

  • Season tickets to your favorite sports team

I always wanted a big house in Los Angeles with a tennis court.  When my wife and I manifested it, using the Subconscious Upgrade Method, we were more excited about the power of this method, and the proof that it works than actually having the house.

You can do the same. But remember one thing.

You have to be clear about exactly what you want.

If you ask for a new car, what kind of car is it?  What color is it?  How big is the engine?  What’s the interior like?

If you want a romantic partner, what’s that person like?  What are their values?  What do they look like?

The clearer you are about the details of your vision, the more powerful your manifestation powers will be.

Subconscious Upgrade Meditation

In order to influence the subconscious mind, you must enter your “operating system”.

Research by Dr. Joe Dispenza shows that the way to do that is by slowing down your brain waves.

Basically you have 5 brain wave patterns:

  1. Delta - Deep Sleep

  2. Theta - This is the “twilight” state that you experience right after you wake up, and right before you fall asleep

  3. Alpha - Relaxed concentration.  

  4. Beta - Waking consciousness

  5. Gamma - Super consciousness

If beta is your brain wave state when you’re awake, alpha is a creative state where your analytical, thinking mind is suppressed.  It’s where your inner world begins to feel more real than your outer world.

It’s also where you gain access to the Subconscious mind.

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Put on some light meditation music (you can use Youtube, spotify, or any music you enjoy that won’t distract you)

  2. Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.  Do this until you begin to feel your mind slow down.

  3. Place your attention on the space around your body.  This open focus automatically begins to slow your brain waves down

Once you are relaxed, this is where we can reprogram your subconscious mind.

Step 1: Call up the emotion that you want to unmemorize.

Step 2: Call up the thoughts related to that emotion.

Step 3: Experience these emotions and thoughts fully.  Do this by imagining yourself in a situation where that negative emotion was triggered.  Notice how you feel.  Notice what you’re saying to yourself.

Step 4: In this state, make a decision that you are no longer going to be defined by that old programming.  Say the word “Transform” outloud.  

You need to do this with some passion and emotion.  If you don’t feel this conviction in every cell of your body, you won’t be changing anything.  You need to come out of your resting state and feel this intense desire to change.

Step 5: Now call up the image of your ideal future.  Do this by imagining yourself in a situation where you are the person you want to be.  Living the life that you want to live.  Imagine it in all of it’s sensory detail.  Use all of your senses to paint as lifelike a picture as you can.

Experience the emotions of your new future in the present moment.  

The more powerful emotions you feel, the clearer the picture in your head, the more you are rewiring your brain, and reconditioning your body into this new future.

Step 6: When you hit a fevered pitch in this image.  Release it.  Give thanks for this new reality, and come out of your meditation.

Leverage Powerful, Personal Affirmations

Affirmations don’t work for most people, because they don’t do them correctly.

You must feel your affirmations emotionally.

This means they need to be personal.

Affirmations that work for me, might not work for you.

Write down 5-10 affirmations that represent you living your ideal future.  They must be: 

  • written in the present tense

  • Important to you, personally

  • Evoke powerful emotions

  • Be clear and concise

A bad example of an affirmation: I’m going to be wealthy one day.

A good example of an affirmation:  I’m a multi-millionaire money magnet.  Everything I touch turns to gold.

Say these affirmations to yourself, in front of the mirror with as much conviction as you can muster.

When you do this correctly, you are literally re-wiring your DNA.

Make Gratitude Your Dominant Emotion

You feel grateful when you receive something.

As we’ll soon discover together, the secret to manifesting your desires is combining a clear intention with powerful, elevated emotions.

You receive in life what you are primarily thinking and feeling.

So, if you’re practicing gratitude, you’re giving off the electromagnetic frequency of having already received.  And the universe must reflect this back to you, by giving you surprises for you to be grateful for!

Every morning, before you get out of bed, tell yourself 5 things you’re grateful for.

Spend a few minutes basking in the feeling of having:

  • a comfortable bed 

  • a healthy body 

  • a beautiful day to look forward to 

  • your kids

  • Your dog

Or anything else!
