You’ll never believe what happened yesterday afternoon.

I was in my meditation. Dr. Joe Dispenza's Blessing of the Energy Centers 6 — which is, at its core, a nervous system regulation practice. You move through each energy center in the body, pair it with a specific emotion, and tune your system to a more coherent state.

When I came “back”, Raquel was in the room with me.
